A good weekend for Steve and Albführen's Bianca, Alamo and Venard de Cerisy, although at the end of this 59th edition of the CHI de Genève not all expectations were fulfilled.
Steve finished the great Rolex Grand Prix "only" in fifth place, one second behind the winner, after a dreamy first round and a high level jump-off! Nevertheless a small disappointment.
On Saturday Steve had won the main competition with his powerful Venard and on Friday evening Steve finished the Rolex IJRC Top 10 Final with Alamo in 5th place (one fault in the second round).
Three horses in top form, all finishing a year of superlatives, and for 12 full months the world number one: The Geneva audience at the CHI knew about these fantastic performances and greeted Steve and his horses with frenetic cheers every time they showed up at the arena of the Palexpo.
