ROLEX GRAND SLAM OF SPRUCE MEADOW: BETWEEN HAPPINESS AND DISAPPOINTMENT

During the press conference after the Grand Prix, Steve paid a long tribute to Venard de Cerisy, to his groom Emma, to his owners and to all his entourage without whom nothing would be possible.

A fabulous Venard that a single fault in the jump-off prevented Steve from repeating his 2021 victory, but what a demonstration, and if the disappointment was there (we know Steve's winning spirit), the achievement was real with this fabulous second place.

Steve loves Spruce Meadow and the public gives him back well, the superb second place obtained in the Prix des Nations having been widely greeted by a large and demonstrative audience.

4 points in the first round for an excellent Albführen's Maddox but a little unlucky when he made a mistake, exempted from a second round since Pius, Edouard and Martin had already made a clear round. What a beautiful homogeneity!

In the end, an excellent weekend for Switzerland in general and for Steve in particular.
