Last weekend at the CSI-5* Athina Onassis Horse Show in the St. Tropez, for the first time talking place in France, Steve and Son Concetto stayed clear in a two-phases 145cm competition, resulting in a 10th place, and jumped to rank 11 in a 150cm competition. Less well they went in the Grand Prix, which they finished with 3 faults.
Steve then went on immediately to the CSI-3* Sainte-Catherine Wavre in Belgium, where he reached a good 6th place in the Grand Prix with Lady Limbus. Steve also discoverd his new additions to his stables from the renowned Hofgut Albfuhren stud: With the female sorrel of 11 years of age Paille de la Roque (Albfuehren's Paille - v.v. Kannan), the half-sister to Guerdat’s top horse Nino des Buissonnets, he jumped to 10th and 14th place in 140cm competitions, and with Albführen's Memphis ranked 8th in a 130cm competition.
