CHI Genève - Les vainqueurs du Grand Prix Rolex, Nino des Buissonnets et Steve
In front of their home crowd Steve and Nino des Buissonnets once again brought the Palexpo Arena really quaking by winning the Grand Prix Rolex ... As they already did once in 2013! What a stroke of genius, which let this exceptional couple become legends. And they saved this victory with a razor-thin advantage ... it was about three hundredths of a second. "On this high level the differences and distances are already very small, and one is forced to take even more risks. In fact the beginning of the jump-off was not ideal for Nino with the wall and the bidet, where he jumped with a great height. But he has shown that he is the Genius. He is an exceptional horse, and this is essential in order to be able to beat the colleagues at all”, Steve adds modestly.
Following at the award ceremony Steve has obviously enjoyed this moment of triumph. Besides his thanks to the organizers, he did not forget the countless volunteers of the tournament, and invited all of them all there and then to celebrate the day together with him. What a great atmosphere!
Already the evening before Steve was very competitive in the Grand Prix, where he had reached a 6th place with Corbinian in the competition qualifying for the Rolex Grand Prix.
