Winner of the GP of Basel on Friday evening and outstanding winner of the World Cup Grand Prix on Sunday: The 11-year-old Selle Francais gelding (Barbarian x Prince Ig'Or) gave no chance to his opponents, although he had competed against the world elite of equestrian sport, what a demonstration!
Ulysse des Forêts was less lucky and twice missed the chance of a successful classification.
On Saturday afternoon Steve was honoured for the second time in a row as "Rider of the Year", an award that is given to the best Swiss rider in the Nations Cups.
