Last weekend Steve participated with his young horses at CSI in Gorla Minore (ITA). Ulysse des Forêts won the main competition on Saturday, with double zero-fault courses.
Queensway Royal finished 11th in a 135cm competition, Carenina completed zero-fault rounds in the classes for 7-year-old young horses, while the 8-year-old Flair showed all his potential in a jumping over 140cm.
Steve’s stay in Italy ended with a ninth place in the GP with Ulysse des Forêts, who almost won the GP, prevented only by an unfortunate fault (stop) and a misunderstanding at the last obstacle, while he was about 3 seconds ahead.
