Victory for Steve and Albführen's Paille, advancing to the top
Steve Guerdat is the new leader of the overall ranking in the World Cup jump finals in Las Vegas (Nevada) thanks to his victory in the second leg on Friday.
Last night (Swiss time) the 2nd leg of three finals took place. Steve showed all his skills and a clear round with his French mare Paille, who responded to the millimeter to his assistance, in the demanding technical normal course, with a difficult triple combination at the end of the course,.
As one of six riders, four of them from the United States, Steve qualified for the jump-off. With a fast round, but, with view to the final GP on Sunday, without talking all risks, he has ridden all the way forward and won the 2nd final on great manner.
At the top of the overall standings
With this great victory Steve leads ahead the final on Sunday over two GP rounds along with Rich Fellers (USA) in pole position with zero points.
Equidia will broadcast on Sunday from 21.00 clock the third act of this finale over two rounds with the top 30 riders and horses.
